Rainbow Station has been an ongoing mission of this church since Doug Nagel was pastor here. Miss Roberta has been our Director and Lead Teacher since the beginning. Over the years, hundreds of children have benefited from her guidance and that of the dedicated staff. These women have been a blessing to the children and to the church. Roberta is going to retire at the end of the summer. Over the past few years, we have been unable to hire a second teacher and to find additional substitute staff. We have not had any success in finding a person to fill Miss Roberta’s role. Given that information, the Rainbow Station Board has voted to suspend operations of Rainbow Station Preschool and Day Care at the end of August.
